• Hub City Athletics(HCA)/Hub City Pride(HCP)
    • AAU fees. These fees are due yearly and they provide HCP with the ability to play in sanctioned AAU events, the ability to host tournaments, insurance for certain events
    • Practice facilities. It can cost between $60 and $75 an hour for practice facilities. HCA will collect dues in the Winter and in the Spring to secure practice facilities for HCA teams.
    • Practice jerseys. Part of the fee paid to be a member of a HCA team will cover the cost of HCP practice and game jerseys. Game jerseys are property of HCA and must be returned when a player severs ties from the HCA organization. Practice jerseys will be custom made and belong to the players to keep.
    • HCA Website. The HCA website is the public face of the HCA organization. There are small operating costs to keep the website running and updated. The website also provides a historical journal of HCA team's accomplishments.
    • Contact management software. The HCA organization must maintain a substantial database of contacts ranging from players, interested players, and other AAU basketball organizations. The contact management software provides management of key contacts.
    • Equipment. HCA must repurchase equipment such as pennies, basketballs, cones, and whistles.
    • Winter leagues. The HCA Silver Package fee will cover the Winter league fee and the practice time for all HCA teams.
    • Summer leagues The HCA Gold Package fee will cover the Summer league fee and the practice time for all HCA teams.
    • Corporation fees. HCA is non-profit corporation which carries with it certain yearly expenses.
  • HCP Team
    • Tournament fees. Each HCP Team must budget for the tournaments they will play each season. The HCA organization might cover the cost of at least one tournament per season - depending on the operating expenses of the fiscal year (September - August). In general, HCP Team expenses are passed on the families of HCA players. Sponsors can help defray expenses passed on to parents. Tournaments run by the club can also defray expenses; however, parents are expected to provide volunteer hours to benefit from the tournament proceeds.
  • HCA Player
    • Uniform (jersey and shorts). The family of each HCP player is responsible for purchasing a uniform.
    • Team bag (optional). The family of each HCP player has the option of purchasing a team bag for each player.
    • HCP fee. The family of each HCP player must pay a HCA Winter fee and a HCA Spring/Summer fee. This fee covers general operating costs for the HCA organization.
